01. Preparation and Coordination
Working closely with clients to understand their project brief.
Assisting clients to navigate the planning permit process.
Consideration of relevant Planning Scheme provisions allows expert articulation of each proposal.
02. Managing the Assessment and Notification Process
Managing the assessment process by actively and positively engaging and negotiating, as required, with Councils' planning departments and referral authorities.
Mediating with objectors and gaining the support of Councillors should a desired outcome fall short of planning policy, but a fair and balanced decision is needed.
03. Briefing required Consultants
Selecting, briefing and working efficiently with specialist consultants as needed, based on Council application requirements.
Associate consultants specialise in bushfire risk, wastewater land capability assessments, farm and land management plans, heritage, urban design, building design, landscape design, native vegetation, ecology, civil engineering, traffic engineering, hydrology, land surveying and acoustics.
I co-ordinate and oversee the application process to completion.
